The Fête de la Science: dive into the 2024 edition “Ocean of Knowledge” with the IPCM

The IPCM will be present at the science village of Sorbonne University

General public on 12 and 13 October
Reception of schoolchildren from 8 to 11 October 2024.

The Fête de la Science is a unique opportunity for scientists to share their passion with the general public and to promote science and its professions. This year again, the Institute is actively participating in this event by offering activities that are both fun and educational adapted to all audiences.

It will be an opportunity for the institute’s scientists to present the fundamental principles of molecular chemistry in which they are specialists and to show how they are found in our daily lives. Visitors will also be able to carry out experiments that illustrate these scientific concepts on the stands located on the Jussieu campus of Sorbonne University.

In addition to these activities, the institute opens its doors to the public to allow them to discover the laboratory and the park of scientific instruments specific to molecular chemistry.

Four themes will be illustrated
